Medela Personal Fit Breastshield Kit is great and convenient for travelling or to have extras on hand for less cleaning.
The breastshield fits directly over your nipple and attaches to the pump
kit that creates a vacuum which gently draws your nipple into the
breastshield, removing milk from your breast. A correct sized
breastshield provides comfort while you pump to maximize milk flow.
The Personal Fit Breastshield Kit is available in five sizes to accommodate all nipple sizes from small to XXL.

Tips:
- The Medium (24mm) is the standard breastshield size included with Medela breast pumps.
- If double pumping, please purchase two Kits.
- The easiest way to check if you are using the correct sized
breastshield is to look at how your nipple fits into the breastshield
funnel when pumping. It should move freely and easily, without rubbing
on the sides.
- If your breastshield is too small, the nipple will rub against the sides. Pumping may be painful and cause nipple soreness.
- If your breastshield is too large, the aerola will be pulled
into the tunnel. This may cause impaired milk flow and soreness. Air may
also get into the pump and affect suction strength.
