TERMS & CONDITIONS
The information contained in the following terms and conditions ("Conditions") for the Mothercare Rewards Program (the "Program") details the use of Mothercard and the associated Member Rewards Program. The Mothercard is provided and operated by Skansen KCG Pty Ltd ("us/we/our").

1. MEMBERSHIP:
1.1. By registering, a Member accepts these Conditions. We reserve the right to withdraw, add or vary any of the Conditions of the Program at any time. These Conditions will apply to all Mothercard transactions.
1.2. By accepting these Conditions we are permitted to communicate to a Member via email, mail, telephone or SMS.
1.3. Only individuals may be members of the Program. Membership is free. Registration is by completing the registration form online at www.mothercareaustralia.com.au or in-store.
1.4. A person may only register once.
1.5. A Member must notify us of any change of address or of a lost or stolen Mothercard.
1.6. Members will receive a Points Summary Statement ("Statement") at our discretion via email. Statement disputes must be made by the date specified in the relevant Statement, otherwise it will be taken to be correct. The Program's decision on any such dispute is final and binding. The most recent Statement can also be found on online at www.mothercareaustralia.com.au or by calling the customer service line 1300 217 700.
1.7. A Member may cancel membership in the Program at any time by calling the Mothercare customer service line.
1.8. We reserve the right to cancel a Member’s participation for reasons including (but not exclusively) if a Member fails to comply with the Conditions, abuses any privilege accorded to the Member by the Program or supplies any misleading information to Mothercare or its agents.
1.9. Upon cancellation, any remaining points of the Mothercard will be forfeited.
1.10. The Mothercard can only be used for the Program and remains the property of the Mothercare.
1.11. Any tax, liability or duty arising from a Member's participation in the Program is the responsibility of the Member.
1.12. We reserve the right to end the Program at any time without prior notice. Mothercare will not be liable for the suspension or cancellation of the Program on any account including (without limitation) for any points balance in a Member’s account at the time of suspension or cancellation.
2. EARNING POINTS:
2.1. Points are earned on the basis that every $1 spent at any Mothercare store in a single transaction will earn 1 point. Each point redeemed has a notional value of $0.05. Points are based on whole dollars paid, inclusive of GST.
2.2. In order to obtain points, a Member must notify the Mothercare store before the purchase has concluded that the purchase is a Mothercard transaction by presenting his or her Mothercard at the point or sale. If the purchase is via telephone or online a Member must quote the membership number to which the Mothercard relates. We are not liable for any failure of a Member to notify Mothercare that the purchase is a Mothercard transaction. Points earned in a purchase transaction will be added to the member’s points total within 24 hours.
2.3. A Member must first acquire 300 points in 24 months before he or she can claim a reward. At 300 points a member will receive $15 credit on his or her Mothercard to be able to claim a reward from the reward schedule. Thereafter, for every 100 points acquired within 24 months an additional $5 credit will be added.
2.4. The purchase of clearance and sale items and some selected lines do not count toward reward points.
2.5. Points are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Points cannot be dealt with except in accordance with these Conditions. Points have no cash or monetary value.
2.6. Unused points expire 24 months after being credited to the member’s account.
3. CLAIMING A REWARD:
3.1. A Member may request a reward from the current reward schedule by contacting the Program in ways provided by Mothercare.
3.2. When a Member uses points to claim a reward, the points are deducted from the points balance of a Member's account, with the oldest points being deducted first.
3.3. All rewards are subject to availability. The Program is not liable for any reward not being available for any reason whatsoever.
3.4. If in the future third parties offer rewards redeemable from the Program, we reserve the right to add clauses to these Conditions relating to them.
4. GENERAL:
4.1. We reserve the right to make any changes at any time and without notice to the rewards which members may redeem.
4.2. In addition to deductions for rewards claimed, points will be deducted from the points balance of a Member's account any points credited in error and any points relating to a transaction which is cancelled or reversed or where a refund is given.
5. PRIVACY POLICY:
5.1. We will not disclose a Member's information (except for any statutory or legal requirements) without a Member's prior approval.
5.2. Information concerning members will be held online in the Mothercare Rewards Program database ("Database"). The Database contains the following information:
- Name, address & telephone number(s)
- Email address
- Number and ages of children
- Points collected and redeemed and associated transactions
Subject to the Privacy Policy, information from the Database will be made available to agents involved in administering the Program as well as Mothercare and its agents.

5.4. Members have the right to opt out of mailings, email messages and SMS's received from Mothercare. You can access your personal information by writing to Mothercare, reply paid 83176, Paddington, NSW 2021 or via www.mothercareaustralia.com.au
