Faulty or Damaged Goods
We expect that you & your kids will love our toys, but occasionally things will go wrong. If this is the case give us a call as soon as you notice the problem and we will try to fix, replace or refund you as quickly as possible. Follow the instructions below and the lovely people in Direct Sales & Customer Service will do their best to help.
If an item is damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of receipt by ringing 1300 850 123. We will replace or refund any faulty products and pay for the return freight, on receipt and evaluation of the goods.
Please include written documentation as to what is wrong with your toy. Customer service will issue you with a Return Authorisation Number.
Exchanging an Item
If you want to exchange a toy or other product for any other reason, you must pay for the freight and we must receive the goods back in the original, unopened packaging within 14 days.
Please include a copy of your order when returning goods.
Alternatively you may exchange goods at any of our Early Learning Centre or Kids Central stores.
